We accept traditional Medicare as well as most all Medicare Advantage plans such as United Healthcare, Humana, Aetna, Ascension and Blue Cross Blue Shield. We also accept a wide variety of commercial insurances.

We encourage families to visit their loved ones whenever possible. You are welcome to come visit 24/7, we only ask that you are respectful during sleeping hours.

ABSOLUTELY! We love animals and feel it is great for heeling. Your pet is welcome to visit along side your visitors as long as they are well behaved and up to date on their vaccines.

Yes. Most of our rooms are private. We do offer a handful of semi-private rooms. However, our semi private rooms offer you your own private bedroom with a shared bathroom.

We have a wonderful activities director that puts together a great calendar of events that our residents love to take part in.

Our food services offers a set menu for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is ala-cart. We also have ala-cart menu options available in place of our set menu schedule if interested in a different meal. We are able to meet whatever food consistency you need.

We recommend packing comfortable clothes and pajamas for around 5 days. We will do your laundry while you are with us unless otherwise discussed. You will also need a pair of shoes to wear while working with therapy. We encourage you to bring any items from home that would provide comfort for you during your stay.
Please also bring insurance cards and photo ID.

Insurance allows for us to provide 40 minutes of physical therapy 5 times a week and 40 minutes of occupational therapy 5 times a week with our own in house therapy team. We also provide speech therapy when indicated.

This is largely dependent on your insurance and what they will allow as well as your progress with therapy. On average, the goal is 14-20 day stay.

If you desire to come for skilled nursing/short term Rehab, reach out to your hospital case manager and they can send us a referral packet.
